UCCS students returning from Italy will host a recurring, live campus cooking event and filmed companion podcast that uses Italian food traditions to spark accessible conversations about sustainable leadership, regenerative cities, and cross-cultural learning for the wider campus community.
Impact: 5 live demonstration/podcast episodes. A minimum of 20-40 students in attendance and having four Italy trip study abroad students teach each session. Participants will complete online feedback surveys after each event to discuss experience, learning outcomes, and rate the quality of presentations and cooking experiences.
