In order to encourage and support alternative transportation on, to and from campus, our proposal requests funding to help support and maintain the 25 bicycles we'd loan to incoming first year residential students who agree they will not bring a car to campus for the academic year. This will include the purchase of internal bike stands for storage, maintenance parts for as-needed and annual maintenance.
