Attending the AAG Meeting will these Geography students to not only to expand their professional network as individual geographers, but also allowed them to learn new ways to expand their positive footprint in the UCCS community. In attending the AAG Meeting and engaging with leaders from other communities across the nation and world these students were able to achieve their goal of introducing fresh and enthusiastic minds willing to put in the effort and dedication required to advance the notion that environmental conscientiousness and respect are fundamental civic values.
