The purpose of this project is to erect a bat house and implement a water source to increase biodiversity around campus/the sustainable demonstration house, as well as educate students about the importance of wildlife and its positive impacts on the environment. By constructing a bat housing structure and installing a water source, the surrounding ecosystem has the tools they need to coexist with humans and the Sustainability Demonstration House. In addition to this, educational signage showcases the importance of this project. This site now has the potential to promote sustainable living and ecosystem awareness.
