Goal: Observe and apply best practices to the roles of student affairs, sustainability programming, and environmental awareness education. 

Impact: After visiting universities in San Diego, California, students and faculty developed and integrated new Sustainability-based curriculum into mandatory Higher Education graduate courses. In addition, project affiliates hosted a "Sow and Grow" event to share information with the UCCS community about sustainable practices at other campuses.
